The House

A house, not a shop.

A small number of clothiers, each with a short list of clients.

Chalk stripe tailoring against a white wall
Linen, worn with ease

How the house works.

One clothier From first conversation to final alteration.
We travel Home or office. Never a showroom.
Made to measure Measured by hand, cut for you alone.
A short list Attention does not scale. Neither do we.

I came up in this trade inside someone else's house. I learned it well, and I wanted to build one of my own. One where the clothier who measures you is the one who stays with you. I still keep my own clients, and I still take the measure myself.

The job isn't done until it's perfect. Every single time.

There isn't a detail I won't go back through, and I only hire people who work the same way. We're building a culture here that is undeniable.

Notes from the House

An occasional letter on dressing well. No noise, no offers.

It starts with a conversation.
